Robert Nichols

Robert Nichols is the managing director for the Middle East and Africa at 3M. Nichols joined 3M in 1987, and began his career in a sales role in industrial adhesives. He then proceeded to hold a range of functional and leadership roles across sales, marketing and general management in the UK and across EMEA. Before joining 3M Gulf, Nichols was managing director at 3M Russia from 2015 to 2017. He is a board member of the American Business Council in Dubai, and previously also a board member of AmCham in Russia.
