Meray Maddah is a doctoral candidate in the Politics and Public Administration Department at the University of Konstanz, in Germany and a researcher in the “National Legislators in International Politics” working group. Her research interests include the foreign influence of national legislators; statistical network analysis; and MENA geopolitics and legislators.
Prior to doctoral research, Maddah was a Research Assistant at SIPRI’s MENA program and was involved in policy-based research on state-society relations. She was a project manager at the Berghof Foundation focusing on supporting local dialogue and regional exchange. Maddah is also a Global Fellow at Brown University’s Centre for Human Rights and Humanitarian Studies.
